Common Questions
What Miami Dog Owners Ask
Yes. Every new dog completes a complimentary evaluation to assess temperament, social skills, and energy level. This helps us place them in the right group and ensures a safe, positive experience for all dogs in our care.
All dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper), and Bordetella. We also require a negative fecal test within the last 12 months. Proof of vaccination must be provided before your first visit.
Absolutely. Our luxury boarding suites include private rooms, orthopedic bedding, 24/7 climate control, and overnight staff monitoring. You will receive nightly photo updates so you always know how your dog is doing.
Yes. Grooming is available as a standalone service. Many clients also add grooming to their daycare or boarding stay for convenience. Simply let us know when booking.
Safety is our top priority. We maintain small, temperament-matched groups with constant staff supervision. Our facility features non-slip flooring, secure fencing, and separate zones for different play styles. All staff are trained in canine body language and conflict prevention.
Daycare cancellations require 24 hours notice. Boarding cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full credit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged at 50%. We understand plans change and always try to be flexible when possible.
